ブランドについて About the Brand
マイケル・バルナートは、オランダ出身のファッションデザイナーです。グラフィックデザインを原点とし、代表作モンドリアンドレスは、ファッションとアートの関係を問う展覧会のために美術館から依頼されて生まれました。
Michael Barnaart is a Dutch-born fashion designer with roots in graphic design. His signature work, the Mondrian dress, was commissioned by a museum for an exhibition about the relationship between fashion and art.

ブローチは、その服を彩るために生まれ、同時に原点であるグラフィックデザインへ立ち返る場所になりました。流行の意匠をまとっていないものは、流行に置いていかれません。少量で生産し、一部の作品には番号が入ります。
The brooches were born to accompany those clothes, and became the place where he returned to graphic design. Made in small batches; selected pieces are numbered.
